On Doctor Who Day, The BBC has given us a first look at this years Doctor Who christmas special titled  ‘Joy To The World‘.

“There’s always a door like that in a hotel room, a funny locked one…”

Acccording to the episode log line:

This Christmas, the Doctor is thrown together with a cheery yet lonely hotel guest with a connection to a mysterious briefcase…

The episode is written by Stephen Moffat and stars Ncuti Gatwa as the 15th Doctor returning to our screens after his debut season in the role as well as guest star Nicola Coughlan (Derry Girls) playing a companion charecter called Joy. Check out the teaser clip below which was released during BBC Children In Need 2024:
