Since news broke that Melissa Barrera will no longer be starring in Scream VII, the horror community has been in shock.
In a statement released to Variety, a spokesman for the production company Spyglass said its stance was “unequivocally clear”.
Disney+ cancels Muppets Mayhem
The streamer has canceled the music-infused comedy, which centered on members of The Muppets house band, Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. The show lasted just one season; all 10 episodes debuted in May.
Disney did not disclose any viewing information for The Muppets Mayhem.
