American actress and director Anne Celeste Heche has died age 53.
Heche had been in the hospital since Friday (August 5th) when a car she was driving crashed and caught fire in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles.
The US actress Heche has died, a week after she was critically injured in a car crash.
Heche came to recognition portraying Vicky Hudson and Marley Love in the soap opera Another World (1987–1991), which won her a Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. She came to prominence in the late 1990s with roles in the crime drama film Donnie Brasco (1997), the disaster film Volcano (1997), the slasher film I Know What You Did Last Summer (1997), the action comedy film Six Days, Seven Nights (1998), and the drama-thriller film Return to Paradise (1998).

Universal has announced the release of The Alfred Hitchcock Classics Collection, a 4K Ultra HD set that’ll include classic horror films Psycho and The Birds.

Bates Motel (2013 – Present)
This series which is a contemporary prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho made its triumphant return with Season 3. The story revolves around young Norman Bates (Freddie Highmore) still living with his mother Norma Bates (Vera Farmiga) at the Bates Motel. Without giving too many spoilers this series gets into a lot more of what we know and love about the Norman character from the films and is a true TV masterpiece. Continue reading
