Original ‘The Munsters’ TV show cast member joins Rob Zombie’s movie reboot.

Rob Zombie announced today that Pat Priest  is part of the cast of upcoming movie The Munsters!

Priest played Marilyn Munster in the original black & white television series, replacing Beverly Owen as Marilyn Munster from episodes 14 through 70 of the classic show. The news was announced in an Instagram post:

Sheri Moon Zombie and Jeff Daniel Phillips will be playing Lily and Herman Munster in the Rob Zombie-penned film, with the cast also including Richard Brake, Dan Roebuck, Jorge Garcia, Catherine Schell, Dee Wallace and Cassandra (Elvira) Peterson.

A release date is still to be confirmed.

  1. Hi Rob…..I”m Delighted to hear Pat Priest will be a part of the movie! To bad you can’t get Butch in on it to. I Love the Munsters..
    I Know every Episode. I been a Munsters fan since it Aired on TV. Back & White. The Original creator’s Fred Gwinn Yvonne DeCarlo ALewis I know they will be here in spirit. Nothing was better then the Mansion….. as a kid I
