In a panel at DC FanDome further details were shared about the upcoming live-action DC movie ‘The Flash’. The panel featured film-makers Andy Muschietti (IT) and Barbara Muschietti along with the film’s star Ezra Miller and screenwriter Christina Hodson (Birds of Prey, Bumblebee).
Ezra Miller is ofcourse on board to star as Barry Allen, AKA, the Flash. And we got to see some concept images for his new suit.

In a surprising turn of events, Ben Affleck is going to wear the cape and cowl once again. After making a very public split with the character, Affleck will reprise his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the upcoming The Flash Movie, filmmaker Andy Muschietti has revealed. With the recent passing of director Joel Schumacher, fans have been taking another look at his 1995’s addition to the Batman franchise Batman Forever.
Various sources have recently reported the possible existence of a “Schumacher Cut.” This version is believed to be darker and contain less camp than the theatrical cut. Some of the differences include Bruce facing off against a human-sized bat, the darker, more serious tone, less of an emphasis on Dick Grayson, and a focus on Bruce’s deep routed psychological issues.
Following these updates, fans have now begun a social media campaign calling for the studio to “#ReleaseTheSchumacherCut” onto the streaming platform, HBO Max.

HBO Max has ordered an original DC series set in the Gotham City police department, from ‘The Batman‘ director Matt Reeves, Boardwalk Empire creator Terence Winter, The Batman producer Dylan Clark, and Warner Bros. Television.
Following the surprise departure of Ruby Rose from Batwoman at the end of The CW superhero drama’s first season, the show has opted to create a new character to play Batwoman rather than recast Rose’s charecter of Kate Kane (a cousin of Bruce Wayne). It has now confirmed that actress Javica Leslie has been cast in the lead role from Season 2 and moving forward. 
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Keaton, who starred as Batman/Bruce Wayne in the Tim Burton‘s Batman (1989) & Batman Returns, is in talks to reprise the character for Warner Bros.’s DC movie, The Flash.
Joel Scumacher, the director of many iconic films has sadly passed away after a year-long battle with cancer, his representatives have announced. He was 80 years old.
