Following the shocking conclusion of Dexter: New Blood, CBS Home Entertainment has announced the upcoming release of a limited edition steelbook. This release will accompany a general Blu-ray and DVD release of the limited miniseries developed by Showtime as a continuation of the series Dexter.
The official annocument came from Executive Producer/Writer Scott Reynolds. Reynolds announced that the release will include an exclusive 30 minute featurette.
Set 10 years after Dexter went missing in the eye of Hurricane Laura, Dexter: New Blood finds him living under an assumed name in the fictional small town of Iron Lake, New York. Dexter may be embracing his new life, but in the wake of unexpected events in this close-knit community, his Dark Passenger inevitably beckons.
Michael C. Hall is joined by Julia Jones, Alano Miller, Johnny Sequoyah, Jack AlcottandClancy Brown in the 10-episode limited series as well as returning stars Jennifer Carpenterand John Lithgow.
