‘Dexter’ revival trailer and release date
America’s favourite serial killer is back Michael C. Hall stars in Showtime‘s upcoming revival of Dexter, a continuation of the original series. And we now have the first trailer revealed during a panel for ComicCon@Home. Titled ‘Dexter: New Blood’ We also now know that the show will release November 9th 2021 on Showtime.
ComicCon@Home panel released for I Know What You Did Last Summer TV series
Amazon Studios YA horror series I Know What You Did Last Summer, a modern take on the hit 1997 slasher film in collaboration with Sony Pictures Television and Original Film had a Q&A panel during the Amazon ComicCon@Home Panel. The show is set to a feature a new cast of charecters have 8 episodes and many references to the original film according writer/show-runner Sara Goodman. The show releases October 2021 on Prime Video.
Paramount Pictures to release ‘Friday the 13th’ 8 movie limited edition steelbook set
As previously reported Paramount is releasing a new Friday the 13th: 8-Movie Blu-ray Collection on August 10, which features the first 8 films in the franchise and includes the newly remastered versions of the first four. On the same day, the original classic’s remaster is getting its own solo Blu-ray.
Paramount will also be releasing a Limited Edition Steelbook Version of the Friday the 13th: 8-Movie Blu-ray Collection on October 12, 2021.
Horror icon featuring in American Horror Stories Episode 3
Following the release of the first two episodes of American Horror Stories which resulted in the most successful launch of any FX on Hulu series to date – creator Ryan Murphy has released the cast list for episode 3.
David Kohlsmith confirmed for Don Mancini’s Chucky TV series
David Kohlsmith will play a very young Charles Lee Ray in the upcoming SYFY and USA’s Chucky series.
Brad Dourif played Charles Lee Ray in the debut film, which opened with the killer being chased down and eventually shot in the middle of a toy store. Using voodoo magic, Ray finds himself trapped in the body of a doll, giving birth to Chucky and several Child’s Play sequels.
The series is set to premiere on SYFY & USA on October 12, 2021.

After co-creating the SAW and Insidious franchises, and also giving birth to The Conjuring Universe, horror icon James Wan is returning to his horror roots with the Giallo-inspired Malignant.
Malignant is an upcoming American horror thriller film directed by James Wan from a screenplay by Akela Cooper based on an original story by Wan, Ingrid Bisu and Cooper.
