‘The Boys’ Season 2 release date and details confirmed

The Boys is an American superhero web television series based on the comic book of the same name by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Developed by Eric Kripke for Amazon, it follows the eponymous team of vigilantes as they fight back against super-powered individuals who abuse their abilities. Ahead of the series premiere, on July 19, 2019, it was announced that Amazon Video had renewed the series for a second season.

During ‘The Boys F**KIN RENUNITED’ twitter event today it was announced that series 2 will be released September 4th 2020 on Amazon Prime

 

They also released a new promo video for the season which introduces the charecter of Stormfront played by Aya Cash.

All the main cast are returning for Season 2;  Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Erin Moriarty, Laz Alonso, Dominique McElligot and Antony Star.

We are sad to report that British stage & screen actor Ian Holm has died in London aged 88, his agent confirmed to the Guardian. He has many well-known roles in Film & TV including Ash in Alien, Father Vito Cornelius in The Fifth Element, Chef Skinner in Ratatouille, and Bilbo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit film series.

Justice League ‘Snyder Cut’ teaser released

Zack Snyder confirmed, at the end of an online screening of Man of Steel, that his ‘Snyder Cut’ version of Justice League was indeed real. And that it will be coming exclusively to HBO Max, the new WarnerMedia digital streaming service launching May 27, and is expected to debut in 2021.
