Hugh Jackman is about to hang up his claws.

The actor will soon be appearing for the very last time as the most iconic X-Man for a third Wolverine solo movie, with James Mangold back in the director’s chair after The Wolverine. It had been going under the snappy working title of Untitled Wolverine Film. But now we know the official title: Logan.

Winners of the 25th British Academy Cymru Awards announced

This evening we were invited as press for the 25th annual British Academy Cymru Awards.

The awards honour excellence in broadcasting and production within film and television in Wales and over the years have celebrated some of the greatest talent in Wales.

The ceremony was hosted once again by BBC Radio 1 presenter, Huw Stephens, at St David’s Hall, Cardiff, where presenters included BAFTA-winning actress Sian Phillips, Michael Palin and Torchwood star Eve Myles.

After just listening to and reviewing ‘The Chimes at Midnight’ for its Vinyl release it was really interesting to go from the early audio days of the 8th Doctor, when the character was so young and carefree, back into the sometimes darker world of the Doom Coalition series. Definitely the same character, but as we know less about this Doctor on the whole, they have really been able to do a character arc with him, that they might have less freedom to do with the other Doctors.

But back to Doom Coalition 3 and as always with the Doom Coalition series and the 8th Doctor, this delivers hard!

Release date/details announced for ‘Class’ (Doctor Who spin-off)

The wait is over! Today BBC Three confirmed the new Young-Adult drama, Class, written by Patrick Ness, will drop its first two episodes ‘For Tonight We Might Die‘ and ‘The Coach with the Dragon Tattoo‘ on BBC Three on Saturday 22 October.
