American television and film actor and director William Martin “Clu” Gulager has passed away aged 93.
Clu Gulager first became known for his work in television, appearing in the co-starring role of William H. Bonney (Billy the Kid) in the 1960–1962 NBC television series The Tall Man and as Emmett Ryker in another NBC Western series, The Virginian.
David Giler, a key figure in the behind the scenes creation of Ridley Scott’s sci-fi/horror classic Alien and one of the film’s producers has made passed away at the age of 77.
Gilet went on to produce every single installment in the Alien film franchise.
