Universal Pictures are rereleasing the 1982 American science fiction film E.T in a stunning 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray + Digital [4K UHD] set.
The set is being released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the film.

Virginia Patton Moss, a former actress who was the final surviving adult cast member of Frank Capra’s classic film It’s a Wonderful Life died on Aug. 18 in Albany aged 97 years old.

British stage and television character actress Josephine Ann Tewson has died at the age of 91.
Tewson was best known for her roles in British television sitcoms, such as Edna Hawkins aka “Mrs H” in Shelley; Elizabeth “Liz” Warden, the long-suffering next door neighbour of Hyacinth Bucket in Keeping Up Appearances (1990–1995); and Miss Davenport in Last of the Summer Wine (2003–2010).
