HBO has cancelled the sysci-fi series Westworld after four seasons. Created by Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the show premiered on October 2, 2016. The show was co-produced by JJ Abrams ‘Bad Robot’.

Evil Dead Rise set for a theatrical release in 2023
Evil Dead Rise will be released on the big screen on April 21, 2023. The fifth installment of The Evil Dead franchise was set to premiere on HBO Max this year.
The news comes in the aftermath of big change over at Warner Bros. Discovery and HBO Max, which has saw the cancellation of many projects including Batgirl and Batman: Caped Crusader.
‘Batman: Caped Crusader’ Animated Series not moving forward at HBO MAX
Variety has reported that HBO Max has canceled six upcoming animated series, including Batman: Caped Crusader.
The project was ordered to series in May 2021 with Bruce Timm (Batman The Animated Series), J.J. Abrams (Star Wars – The Rise Of Skywalker, Matt Reeves (The Batman) attached to executive produce.
Warner Bros. officially changes title of DC’s Pennyworth
Pennyworth is returning for its third season in October, and new installments of the DC Comics-inspired show will debut straight onto HBO Max instead of Epix.
The prequel show now boasts a new title: Pennyworth: The Origin of Batman’s Butler.
The new title appears at the end of the show’s official Season 3 trailer.
Batgirl actress releases statement after Warner Bros. shelves movie
Leslie Grace is speaking out after the announcement that HBO Max’s Batgirl will no longer get a release.
Warner Bros. announced that it would not be releasing the upcoming film in theaters or on streaming despite the movie being fully shot and in pre-production.
The actress took to Instagram to share her thoughts.
