Universal Pictures are rereleasing the 1982 American science fiction film E.T in a stunning 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray + Digital [4K UHD] set.
The set is being released to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the film.

Mattson Tomlin to co-write ‘The Batman 2’
Screenwriter Mattson Tomlin is heading back to Gotham.
Tomlin is working alongside Matt Reeves to co-write The Batman 2, the follow-up to Reeves’ recent reboot of the Batman feature.
‘Batman: Caped Crusader’ Animated Series not moving forward at HBO MAX
Variety has reported that HBO Max has canceled six upcoming animated series, including Batman: Caped Crusader.
The project was ordered to series in May 2021 with Bruce Timm (Batman The Animated Series), J.J. Abrams (Star Wars – The Rise Of Skywalker, Matt Reeves (The Batman) attached to executive produce.
Teaser released for ‘Terrifier 2’
A teaser has been released for the much anticipated Terrifier 2, which drops a full trailer tomorrow along with the further release details. After the film’s planned theatrical release, Terrifier 2 will debut on SCREAMBOX.
Since its release in 2016, Damien Leone‘s Terrifier has become a bonafide cult classic. The slasher gave Art the Clown his own film and delivered some of the nastiest kills in slasher history. Since then, the horror community has been clamoring for more and has expressed their love in various ways with costumes, toys, fan art, merch, and more. ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’ actress Virginia Patton Moss dies aged 97
Virginia Patton Moss, a former actress who was the final surviving adult cast member of Frank Capra’s classic film It’s a Wonderful Life died on Aug. 18 in Albany aged 97 years old.
Moss’ death was confirmed today through Legacy agency as reported by Variety.
