DC are releasing a new 4K/BluRay set of all 3 DC movies created by the acclaimed director Zack Snyder titled ‘Zack Snyder’s Justice League Trilogy‘. Stanley Kubrick’s 1971 dystopian masterpiece ‘A Clockwork Orange’ is being re-released in a new 4K BluRay Ultimate Collector’s Edition to mark the film’s 50th Anniversary.
Paramount Pictures to release ‘Friday the 13th’ 8 movie limited edition steelbook set
As previously reported Paramount is releasing a new Friday the 13th: 8-Movie Blu-ray Collection on August 10, which features the first 8 films in the franchise and includes the newly remastered versions of the first four. On the same day, the original classic’s remaster is getting its own solo Blu-ray.
Paramount will also be releasing a Limited Edition Steelbook Version of the Friday the 13th: 8-Movie Blu-ray Collection on October 12, 2021.
Lost ‘Doctor Who’ story ‘The Evil of The Daleks’ getting animated release
The Evil of the Daleks is the mostly-missing ninth and final serial of the fourth season of the British series Doctor Who, which originally aired in seven weekly parts from 20 May to 1 July 1967. The Evil of the Daleks fills another gap in the missing Doctor Who content lost in the purge of the BBC archive soon after the programme’s original transmission. However, audio-only recordings of all seven episodes have survived and have been used here to create a brand new fully animated presentation of this lost classic, featuring the original surviving second episode.
‘SAW’ spin-off Spiral coming to BluRay, 4K & DVD
Spiral: From the Book of Saw makes its way to Digital VOD on July 13th before arriving on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack (plus Blu-ray and Digital), Blu-ray Combo Pack (plus DVD and Digital), DVD, and On Demand July 20th from Lionsgate and Twisted Pictures.
